Order Information

1. No ready stocks, all products are freshly produced upon order confirmation.

2. Orders will be processed and ready for collection or shipped out via courier services within 3-5 days once the payment is confirmed. 

3. Please provide correct contact information and shipping address. We will update you the product status via the the contact information provided. We will not responsible for any failed delivery due to wrong contact or shipping information.

4. Shipping Fee will be displayed once shipping address was provided at checkout page. Please ensure correct information is provided to avoid fail delivery. 

5. You may cancel your order up till 60 days before delivery date, full refund with the condition that we have yet to prepare your order, such as ingredients and materials purchase. In the case where your order preparation has started, we will not accept any cancellation or refund.

4. 填上送货地址后，运费将显示在结账页面上. 请提供正确的信息，以避免运输失误。
5. 您可以在交货日期前60天前取消订单，只要我们尚未开始准备您的订单，例如材料和包装的购买，我们将全额退款。如果您的订单准备工作已经开始，我们将不接受任何取消或退款。
